How do you check if your name is blacklisted?
There are many types of blacklists.
terrorist blacklists- listed by security/airports/govt agencies...There is probably little way of knowing if you are on a government 'secret agency' blacklist.Domain Backlists- Blocked IP or Domain due to suspicions of Spam/commercial profit etc...
THE MOST COMMON -Blacklists by credit reference agencies. Credit reference agencies store information relating to your credit worthiness and any judgment for debt/bankruptcy that may have been made against you.


Example let's say you have the following Problem
"I didn't pay a credit card dept about 11 years ago anyhow its a very small amount but I can't get any credit or credit cards? would I have been black listed if so how do I find out who has black listed me as I can't even remember the name of the bank as it was such a time ago. please help me recover this?"

Best way to solve this is do a credit check, for less than 100$ you can do a professional credit check to see your ranking and the activity attached to your name.
