Over several weeks, I told my employers that I felt that I was being discriminated against when someone younger and minority holding was replacing me at my position and I was sent to a more physically demanding deployment. I am 60 years old with a bit of scoliosis. I also am Caucasian, part Mohawk Indian, and very part Black. My employers never invited me to an office meeting to discuss this, they just denied that they were discriminating against me based on neither my age, racial background, or gender. I also had applied for a supervisory position and was frustrated that not only was I overlooked but that younger, less qualified people, much less qualified people, were being put in the positions instead.

One day, I complained to a co-worker that I was not being promoted because I was multi-racial, middle aged, and female. I was issued a reprimand and written up because the co-worker made a complaint that he felt uncomfortable when I made my statement because of what I said. Then I was told that I could not be a supervisor because I had been written up and the rule was that you can't be promoted if you have been written up for anything. I do have a recording of my meeting with my employer regarding the mark on my record and I believe that it is very clear in many instances that my employer is discriminating very definitely against me. What recourse do I have.
