Question

If a person has a felony in another state and was sentenced to a workrelease center and runs isnt caught in the time allowed and has a nation wide warrent and dosent get caught for two years and is caught im another state do they face there charges in the original state and what if its not a surrounding state like iowa and missiouri??

Answer

The fundamental error in this construct is the notion that once a warrant is issued for an absconder that warrant will die of old age if a person stays hidden long enough.

That notion is incorrect. Warrants for escapees are the gift that keeps on giving, year after year.

A person who escapes from a correctional facility and gets caught anywhere in the US may well be extradited to the original state or territory to finish serving their sentence and face additional charges for the escape.
