I am trying to start a civil complaint against an ex-employer for wrongful termination, discrimination, breach of contract, and Intential infliction of E.D. or Negligence or both...How would I sum that in a complaint? Joinder?

Honestly, it will go nowhere without an attorney. Many state-based employment causes of action require exhaustion of administrative requirements involving CHRO in order to allow a superior court claim.
