If my manager of 4 years decided to suspend me for a week because I called out in an inappropriate manner but I also have an outstanding background within in the company and dont have a history of doing this is that ok? Also the manager took it upon himself to approach my fiance when he went there,as he usually does to meet a friend to shoot pool, and tell him that i was, "out of my fucking mind"that "he should have fired me" that "i needed some help" wanted to know if he was aware that i had a gambling problem and if so did he know how much money i had lost; once my fiance stated that he wasnt comfortable commenting on the situation he then suggested that he should leave me and stated if I told you the exact amount she's lost in a week and a half it will make you sick. Giving the circumstances not only did he say thisnto directly to him but also infront of other customers and employees.
