I lived with a parent til she died in Jan I still remain in house in exchange for my service in yard work and house sercurity. As of March The older sibling got appointed as over estate. she didnt get bank switched til May. had one property bush hogged this month but need way befor now. she did roughly 5 hours inventory during an 11 hour visit she collect pre boxed papers most had nothing to do with estate she went thru it at house during but keeps saying she going thru the paper work, June she had gas turned off this month the electric Is that notgrounds to have her removed from estate? can she not be chatrged with breach of her assignment as well as endangering me and my dog? No way for me to cook or clean now see

It sounds like the personal representative no longer wants you in the house. Who would you be cooking or cleaning now for other than yourself? You do not have a right to live in estate property unless you have an agreement with the estate (not the parent who has now died) to do so.
