Question

I was overseas at an airport. I was returning home. I was drinking at the airport. I was intentionally pushed-down backwards. I was pushed by the agent of the company I work for (he was upset with me). I sustained broken ribs. I went to the hospital upon returning home. I'm now under a doctor's care for the broken ribs. I feel like I was violated by the company agent. What should I do?

Answer

If covered by workers compensation, then that should be your remedy. If not, you could sue the agent. If you have health insurance, then you'll likely have to repay it out of any money you'd get from suing the agent. Then there's attorney fees/expenses. You'll have to prove he did it. Without witnesses you might not have enough evidence to prevail.
