I stepped down as manager because of unfair treatment and was told my pay would stay the same. MY pay was decreased with no notice. is that legal?



Answer

No. They must notify you that they changed their mind about your pay, and give you the chance to quit. They can only decrease pay for time worked AFTER notice of the pay change.
