my husband currently pays child support that is not enforced by his ex wife who lives in south florida and only come out once a year where it takes his entire tax check will this continue to happen after his son graduates on june 6th 2012 then turns 18 by july.

Your post is very unclear but if the state is collecting back support they will continue as long as he lives (until his arrearages plus interest are paid).
