Is throwing water balloons in a car window leagal?
If you dont own the car in question, then yes, its vandalism. If theres somebody inside the car when you throw water balloons at them, then you could probably get hit for assault. Use your head, come up with a more intelligent and mature form of entertainment. And for the love of all that is good and holy, LEARN HOW TO SPELL.
