I have a 13 yr old granddaughter that wants to leave her moms house and go live with her dad and his family, but dad doesn't have the money to pay to get her to his house what is the best way for my granddaughter to handle this problem?

Your granddaughter should not be handling this problem at all. Her father has to. If he does not, then there will be no change in the situation.
