I have a lake house and I have contributed a weekend plus amenities to a 501 ( c ) 3 organization. What kind of documentation should the 501 ( C ) 3 provide me?

Some third party needs to assign a value to what you contributed and the organization needs to write you a letter acknowledging you contribution worth $$$
