Question

when charged with a case and bail is posted, then it is exonerated due to an intent not to prosecute, then you are notified by mail that there has been a refile of charges three weeks later and you go to court date as notified can they require you to post another bond or stay in jail/

Answer

Yes, absolutely they can! However, because there is new evidence, the bail may even go up.
