Why cant you see your reflection in a mirror on TV?

no i would be pretty upset if someone came up to me and asked me why they cant see themselves in the tv on a mirror no but really when i first saw this i was in iss and i started cracking up laughing and now i have another day in here because i was on a site i shouldn't be on it was that moron than ruined my week but still it was freakon halarious. thx to all the morons with dumb questions. by the way this i spike if you know me than cool i f not then who cares

haha well think about it! its not a idiot question its just curiosity liike a mirror reflects every thing and in the picture you can see the reflections in the back ground but how come its not reflecting your image too? its really confusing if you think about it the way i am and probably whoever asked this question
