I am a truck driver I was in colorado and was driving and was trying to change lanes and i had my signel light on and looked in the mirrors and did not see any one, i was barley moving when I hit a vehicle with my drive steer tire, the damage on her vehicle was only $500 she called the police and i recieved a careless driving tickets, which now my company let me go until it is cleared up, is there anything I can do to get the ticket removed or lowered from careless?
