Domestic relations summons.
My boyfriend's baby mother file for child custody and child support, with the allegation that he's an aggressive person and is always under the influence of illegal substances. The reason why she did that was because she sold her child's social security number to her sister so she can file her taxes with the child. when my boyfriend contacted her about it she ran into court and sued him.
He cannot assist into court because he's currently doing time in Florida. She knew this but still went along. what can we do about it.
Answer
He can still answer the complaint and hire a local attorney
