In the old days, there was a lift point that had a jack lift specifically designed for it. They are still in use, but now almost all trainyards have a forflift for the job. terrorist blacklists- listed by security/airports/govt agencies...There is probably little way of knowing if you are on a government 'secret agency' blacklist.Domain Backlists- Blocked IP or Domain due to suspicions of Spam/commercial profit etc...
THE MOST COMMON -Blacklists by credit reference agencies. Credit reference agencies store information relating to your credit worthiness and any judgment for debt/bankruptcy that may have been made against you.
Example let's say you have the following Problem
"I didn't pay a credit card dept about 11 years ago anyhow its a very small amount but I can't get any credit or credit cards? would I have been black listed if so how do I find out who has black listed me as I can't even remember the name of the bank as it was such a time ago. please help me recover this?"
Best way to solve this is do a credit check, for less than 100$ you can do a professional credit check to see your ranking and the activity attached to your name.

I had a DUI on 2011 in Mississippi. Finished probation and Driver License suspension is over. I have my license back but have to maintain SR-22 for three years to keep it active. I recently moved down to Florida for employment. What should I Do now? Moving to different states requires to get a license of that state. If i transfer my License, what will happen to SR-22 ?

Usually conditions transfer from one state to another. If you move to Florida, then Florida law requires you to get a license in your state of residence. Therefore, you will probably have to get an SR22 here as well.

My divorce was final in 1/2009. When we married, he had a home and convinced me to refinance his house. As part of the settlement, I had to sign an Interspousal Tansfer Deed; therefore, he was named the "sole owner". He died on 11/3/11 and he had defaulted the loan payments since 11/2010. Now, the Note holder is suing me for about $120,000.00. Also, I was not personally served on 9/30. The Server left the Summons at the front door. It indicates I have to retain a legal representative to answer within the next 30 days. Can you help me?
