I am an 18 year old living with my mom who gets child support from my father. I was wondering if I could get the child support turned over to me?

If you stay a full time student, you can petition the court to have your father help pay school expenses for additional time. The present child support award is to recompense the custodial parent for some of the expenses needed to maintain a home, etc. if you are no longer living at home, or not in school and there isno past-due support owed, then your father can petition the court to discontinue child support.
