Question

If a person is renting you property with a child support lien. should it go to the obliger are obligee but the ex-wife and attorney general dont know he owns the property . what can happen? will I have to move if I report it? And if so how long will I have to vacate the Property?

Answer

You aren't making yourself clear.

Does the RENTER have a child support lien against him? Does the OWNER of the property have the lien against him?

And how are YOU involved in this?
