I have a divorce agreement with my husband ,that he just signed but we havent filed,that states until feb. 1, 2013 he was suppose to pay me $1600.00 a month. He stopped paying me on jan.1,2013. Also he has told me that as a member of the navy he has to pay me a 3rd of his paycheck. My question I what can I do to collect what is owed to me? He is station over seas and we are still legally married
