Can you help to write a letter about advantages and disadvantages of being an actor?

Can you help to write a letter about advantages and disadvantages of being an actor?
disadvantages:

Being poor, desperate and vulnerable to parasites.
Working and living with other actors.
Developing an obsession with ones physical and psychological appearance.Being part of an art form which is tedious, predictable, and stagnant.stage fright.Only being asked to do types of movies that your not into. e.g. romance, comedy ect

advantages: being an actor is like wearing a mask, you can act in ways that you normally wouldn'tworking and living with other actors (it can be positive too!)meeting lots of talented people and getting to work with them.learning the benefits of being professional. (although I'll admit many actors still havent learned this)possibly doing what you love. isn't that what counts in the long run? that your not stuck behind a desk doing something you hate?

Question

I filed an i-485 through marriage in sept 2010 , but refiled an i-360 which was approved in jan/2012 . can i go to my i-485 hearing even though its for a marriage and not an i-485 through abused spouse ?if i go to my i-485 hearing without my spouse and show them the approved i-360 will they accept that and approve my adjustment of status or should i just reapply a new i-485 through abused spouse and repay the 1000+

my lawyer who i dont agree with is saying i can be put into deportation which i dont understand considering when i went to the interview the first time i told the interviewer that i was applying for vawa and to put the case on hold pending approval of i-360 she did and wrote something in passport saying pending

now i have got a letter for fingerprinting next month for the old i-485 i did in sept ... .. any help would be appreciated

Question

Can a sister who is my mom's legal guardian, remove me from a deed which is in life estate and we (sister and I) are remainders? Deed was created when she was mentally competent, years ago.

Answer

No

Answer

No and I suggest you run to the nearest guardianship attorney and have her removed as your mother's guardian. Lord only knows what else she has done or is planning to do with having power over your mom. This is what happens when money is involved - greed crawls out the woodwork.

Answer

UR mother only owns a life estate & that is the only thing UR sister can change. No one really wants to buy a life est. on a sick elderly person. Thank UR sister for stepping up to take care of UR mother and stay involved.

Answer

As a plenary guardian, your sister may request a probate court to approve the described action. As an interested person, you would have a right to object. Depending on the terms of the life estate, your sister, as guardian, may have specific responsibilities to perform as guardian.

Answer

As to a typical LE deed the answer would be no; however an "augmented LIfe estate" deed is different. You must look at the deed itself and determine if your mother retained the right to make changes, convey, transfer or sell the fee simple interest without the inclusion of the remainder parties (you and your sister). There are only only four states at present that I know of that utilize these type of deeds, and Florida is one of the four. Hope this helps.

In 2009, the lender does an assignment to a foreclosure trustee, and forecloses on the property. NO noticifications are done, except allegedly to the deceased person.

IN 2010, the lender forecloses on the property.

Is the foreclosure legal?

Answer

It is, unless you can provide some proof that the property was properly probated, or was in a joint tenancy, and the surviving joint tenant or heir properly requested the foreclosure notices in compliance with the Civil Code.
