I am a Registered Nurse with US Green Card, lived and worked in, USA from Sep 2006 to Dec 2009.

I had sponsored my mother while in US, she got a 10 year visit visa and visited me in Nov 2009 returned on Dec 2009.

Due to family reasons I left USA in Dec 2009 with a Re-entry permit Expires on Dec 2011.

I would like to return to USA with my 5 month old baby and mother.

Since I am currently unemployed is it possible to take my mother with us?

What should I do to take my mother with me?

Could you please advice me in this regard. Thank you for considering this request.
