My boyfriend was arrested on May 5, 2011 for possession of 53 grams of crack cocaine. He was no where around the scene but it was his sons mother. She stated it was his when she was picked up on possession of the illegal drugs. How can they charge him with any crime without proof he had anything to do with it.
