hello.i was seriously hurt in oct.i thought i was going to be able to go back to work soon,now it is feb,and i am going for rotator cuff surgery.i am still out of work,and have filed with the ma state dor. to reduce my shild support. but it is taking a long time.do i need the dor,or can i do it myself.it is hurting me financially to keep paying this rate.thank you.scott
