Question

My drivers licence was suspended for two years (two years are up now), but I am just now enrolling in the DUI school, what happens if I am caught driving on my temporary licence?

Since my two years are up, should n't I be able to just get my licence back. And to what extent can I use the temporary licence without getting into trouble?

Answer

Depends on whether your suspension was from losing the DMV hearing (APS); or conviction in court (or both).
