The AME decided that my injury was P&S last year, The AME requested I go two more MRI this year. Now my Lawyer is cross examination of the AME. Why?
Answer
Maybe your attorney is going to ask your AME why he is requesting more treatment/MRIs when you have already been declared P&S. Maybe your attorney is going to see if the AME will change his opinion about your P&S status. There is really no way to know what your attorney is thinking without asking him. Why don't you give your attorney a call?

Answer
MRI's are normally only done if further treatment is required, which implies that your condition may not be P & S. Demand of your attorney an explanation.
