I have been living at rental for 11 yrs. last signed lease was 2005 rent was at 1100. 3 yrs. ago had difficulty paying rent. Landlord had said not to worry on past dues clean slate. Landlord decrease rent to 950. 4 days ago property management served me 3 day notice to pay full amount from 3 yrs ago or move out. What could I do when everything was Oral agreement?
