I left my husband in Feb 2010 and the kids live with him because he has income coming in and a place and I don't have either..He threatens to hurt me and to move outta state if I even mention wanting to see the kids and seems to think I have no rights at all but he never filed for a divorce and now he's trying to get child support from me..What right's do I have?
