Is tails gay?
In most "official" media (video games, comics, cartoons) he is not. However there does exist lots of fan-made works (illustrations, comics, text stories) where Tails is indeed quite gay or bi. Fan works have depicted him from being in a monogamous relationship to having sex with anything with a pulse regardless of gender, age or species.

In short, officially he is not, but many fans certainly wish that he were. For examples of artwork, one can simply do a Google image search with the phrase "Tails Gay" or "Tails Yaoi" without filters to see the vast amounts of fan artwork that does indeed depict the little two-tailed fox in homosexual situations.

In terms of the cannon of the Archie comic, the character of Rotor the Walrus was to be revealed as a gay character, but this idea was eventually dropped although hints as to the character's sexuality do exist in the storyline. (souce: archiesonic.wikia.com/wiki/Rotor)
