I have a visa card and a vehicle financed through the same bank. They used my car payments towards the visa bill and are now repossessing my car. Is there anything I can do?

The first thing you can do is read your loan documents and credit card agreement. We don't have them. You also chose to not tell us about any default on either of the accounts.

Is there a cross-collateralization clause? Credit unions and some banks use them. You'd already know that since it would be in your papers, and it would explain why the bank did it (if that's the case.
