In Texas how often can you take defensive driving?
There is no set time on how often you can take a Defensive Driving Course in Texas. Like in California I know you have to wait 18 moths between taking Traffic School. It all comes down to what the court...actually the Judge decides. So it does not hurt to go and plead your case.

Actually, I believe that you can only take traffic school online courses (AKA defensive driving courses) every 12 months. Most people take these courses to help dismiss their speeding ticket. Imagine if it was unlimited. That would mean that the state of Texas is allowing the drivers to drive almost recklessly and get their ticket dismissed. Now, this does not mean that the ticket fine does not have to be paid for.
