Answer

You can make a motion in the court asking that the restraining order be terminated. Your best bet is to get the person who you are restrained from coming near to go to court on the date the motion is set to be heard and ask the judge to terminate the order. He/she should talk to a victim's advocate in the DA's office before going to court.
