My father just passed with no will his sister my aunt had him cremated and now Im having trouble getting a death certificate from funeral home because no-one paid the funeral home I did not find out about any of this for one month and no will as far as I know .property was stolen as well I do have the house he left but problems with probate any sugestions

You need to talk to a probate attorney in your area. To settle your dad's estate, the funeral home will need to be paid as well as certain other debts - if he left any debts. You need to do the probate because it appears there is real estate (house) involved. Without a will, it will be difficult so you really need an attorney to help you.
