I am the non-custodial parent who has an arrearage amount of $7000, because the negoiated child-support payments between myself and my daughter's mom were stolen by her drug-addicted family member. Whom has rehabbed and told my daughter, now 15 of her actions. Is there any way to get the arrearages removed or decreased from my child support, because of her admission?

Meet with an attorney who can assist you with a motion for credit.
If the custodial parent agrees there should be no problem. If she does not agree you will need to present evidence and witnesses to the amount you paid that was misused and not accounted for.

Do you have proof that the payments were actually made? If so, you should be able to file a Motion to Grant Credit, that if granted by the court, could erase the outstanding arrearage.
