I reside and was married in New Jersey, My husband and I are now Separated...He is currently paying child support to NYC Family court for his child from a previous relationship...Since we are not yet divorced, in the event he loses or quits his job will i be obligated to pay his child support? Is Divorce the only way to avoid this? Can this even be avoided by divorce?
