i live in a trailer park and my neighbor owns two trailers.He lives in one and the other he has been trying to sell. In the meantime a gentleman has been staying there,with the owner of the parks knowledge and two years have passed and they just gave the the man who owns a "legal document" that states subletting is not allowed and that if he does not evict the man out of the other trailer, that they will kick him out too! Is this legal after they let him "sublet" for two years?

The matter would have to be reviewed by an attorney familiar with the Mobile Home Residency Law. It would also require a review of the master lease, and evaluation of the facts, in chronologic order.
