Will the court enforce a verbal (recorded on audio) agreement to pay child support split evenly instead of based on % of income?

Answer

Could depend upon the size of the divergence between the two as well

as other facts relevant to the issue, but the greater the disparity, the

greater the likelihood that the court would disallow the verbal agreement

in favor of the calculations according with the Virginia Child Support

Guidelines (my opinion).
