I ordered boneless wings from Wingstop in Altamonte Springs, Florjda, i proceeded to go home and eat them, as i bit into them i cut my gum on a BONE in BONELESS wings. Enoigh to slice it open and bleed. I called the stire they told me to call back tommorrow (april 4 2013). I have called 4 times the manager keeps saying he is not free and wont take my call. I go to the store an again he wont come talk to me or return my call. Can i sue for cutting my moutb on boneless wings which are pressed togrthrr chicken?

You can sue. You wont be collecting much unless you had some permament injury and it does not sound like you did. I would suggest you write a letter and send it certified and ask for whatever it is you want.
