Why did the speedlimit changed from 70 mph?
Speed limits are changed for several reasons:There was a traffic survey that indicated more than 80% of cars were traveling less than the new speed, traffic survey theory says that 10 to 20 % of people will speed no matter what the limit is, the rest will travel at a safe and comfortable speed for the road.There is a change in the road that made the traffic people change it for safety reasonsA group of people ( or even just one noisy one ) got together and complainedIt is a test section of road where they want to evaluate a higher speed like Nevada having some stretches @ 80 mph
