I pulled into a firestone parking lot to drop off husband, I went into a handicapped spot. I was pulling away when a car pulled up next to me and startedvideo taping me driving away..can he do that? Can he get me in trouble?

He can do it and file a citizen Complaint if he was annoyed that you parked temporarily in a handicapped spot. You can also fight it if does seek to have a summons issued to you or the owner of the car for allegedly illegally parking in a handicapped spot. If that was his intent you will find out if you receive a summons in the mail. Some people have nothing else to do with their time and they feel it is their job to police the community.
