Hello, my question is, I have a home before I got married and still on the home. My wife and myself purchased a new home together. I would like to refinance my home I had before I got married. Do I have to add her name on the house in order to refinance the house. I live in Dallas tx. I want to keep my real property I had before marriage separate from things we purchased together.
