What if the girls will court boys?
In many cultures, this already happens sometimes. A girl will take the first move: make a flirtation comment or ask the guy on a date or pay for the date. The more this happens, the more socially acceptable it will become.
Personally, I think men are psychologically built to court women. If it were the other way around, I the women would be generally more agressive. And men might care more about physical appearance.

Courting in modern world has nothing to do with sex anymore. Many women choose to approach their partners for decades now. It is not showing off or agressiveness: I'd say it is rather a courage in trying to approach someone, who might have never approach the girl in question. Worth trying anyway. Of course, traditionalists still stick to the old-fashioned manner but it basically has no strong application in modern cultures.
