My mother is in a nursing home, my uncle is the POA. She will never return home. Can he clean out the house, or can I stop him till she has passed and the will is read? Missouri week resident

It depends upon the extent of his authority as attorney-in-fact. If the appointment gives him permission, he can clean out the house. Otherwise, you my be able to sue (on her behalf) for any conversion that the uncle has done. Conversion is whre he converts her stuff to his ownership or personal use.
